 | | Dave Shafer | | So, here's the deal. We are going to the Elephant & Castle Pub and Restaurant, 111 West Adams Street, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009. We will have a private room (everybody in Chicago insisted). We will order off the menu. We will order beverages of choice from our private wait-staff. We will be about three blocks from the hotel. Dress is business casual. We will pay ABOUT $6 (or so) per person for this exclusive service. We will ALSO pay a 22% tip (welcome to Chicago). We will also have one helluva good time! |
