Indiana League of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers

Public Law 176, Acts of 2009, requires all cities and towns to file their annual reports (CTAR's) electronically beginning in 2010 for the 2009 reporting year. Learn how to download the report and fill out each section of the report online. Representatives from the State Board of Accounts and several veteran Clerk-Treasurers will be available to give you instructions on filling out and filing the report electronically. There is a morning or afternoon option for this 3-hour class.  See attachment for registration form.
